Great company to deal with, replies to messages and keeps up dates with orders, definitely recommend

I've ordered a couple of items from Royal Bathrooms placed via Ebay. Excellent communication throughout, prompt delivery. Very good quality wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. I could not have been happier with the level of customer service. I placed an order through eBay and unfortunately ordered the wrong size. Contacted the seller and was put at ease straight away they explained the step by step process of getting the correct item delivered and the wrong one returned. A collection on delivery was organised and the delivery and tracking were excellent. Even better the item I ordered is really good quality at a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Good quality vanity unit and basin. Ordered this via eBay. In high gloss white. Unit was well packed, arrived undamaged and was pre-assembled. Installed yesterday. Looks really good and has plenty of storage. If I ever need another I will buy from them again.

I spoke to the most unhelpful person!!! Clearly happy to argue with a customer. I was ringing to find out if I needed the additional items that often pop up on sites as accessories or fittings for a purchase. In my case I had a shower encloser and tray in my basket ready to pay and wanted to know if the waste and riser kit were universal or did I have to purchase them to fit that particular shower, well... If he asked me once he must have asked me 10 times if it was a new shower, of course it's a new shower I said I'm purchasing it from you, it's in my basket with the shower valve and other accessories reiterated that I wanted help with to find out if I required further items. He constantley spoke over me and for this reason didn't and couldn't listen to me, soooo rude, I asked him to tranfer me to someone else, and then he hung up. Then rang me back for round two! Unbelievable, and then mimiced my accent so at this point I hung up! I hope he realises how much revenue he has just lost for Royal bathrooms, what a horrible boy... he clearly was a boy, and had never learnt any manner. CUSTOMERS PAY YOUR WAGES. nasty piece of work

Easy to find and order on a very good website. Brilliant price for toilet basin, cistern and soft close seat . All excellent quality. Could have been delivered sooner but cam on the day I requested at 07.00am. Brilliant, it was fitted and working by 10.30am. My wife is extremely pleased and I am a happy bunny.

I orderd a vanity unit bowl and taps from Royal bathrooms little bit apprehensive as never used this companey befor . I also payed for express deilvery true to the company policy next day all items deliverd myself and my bathroom fitter were very impressed with the quality of the items . Now my bathroom is finished and the unite looks perfect so yes id rate Royal bathrooms hight excellent from placing my order to the delivery to any Communications can't fault them and i'd definitely recomend and will recomend them to anybody looking for bathroom furniture
