Excellent communications, fast delivery and good product.

They only get a 1 star as there is no zero option. Units arrived damaged. No fitting instructions for the sink unit, despite asking not sent! The top to the sink unit is a different colour to the units and is not cut square. On returning to see the issue the plumber was having, I called for help. Very short on the phone, basically get off and email! Response to my email is as it’s fitted you accept it!! To confirm 0 for service 0 for quality Buyer don’t beware just stay clear

I ordered a white slimline rectangular shower tray from Royal Bathroom's eBay outlet on 5th March and it was delivered on Friday 8th, on time. After ordering I was kept fully informed of the order progress and was told by text when it would be delivered. When it arrived it was well packaged and protected and delivered with courtesy. The item was in perfect condition and looks to be a good quality product provided at a good price. From my experience, I would recommend this company and their products.
