Ordered an item for next day delivery, ordered before the cut off point, I received a strange email stating that their was a problem with the courier. I called and asked which courier and there was a new excuse as to why the order couldn't leave. It is just lazyness and poor management on their side, they have obviously finished there pick and pack for the day and were too lazy to pack one more order. The person on the phone was completely spineless and would not take any accountability. Completely pathetic and poorly handled.

Fast delivered by very pleasant young man. Wash it down to the house and unloaded it from his trolley. As far as we can tell at the moment there is no problem with the bath but we have not yet unpacked it. It will be fitted on this coming Saturday, 20th of April, and I’ll leave it in its packaging until then. Thank you for your speedy delivery Service.

Thank goodness for Royal Bathrooms! For two weeks, they put up with me enquiring on the phone, while not really knowing what I could accommodate, size wise, in my bathroom. I rang, queried what shower enclosure would fit my base, getting myself confused with all the differing options. On their ordering portal, I ordered, queried, cancelled, ordered a different product, cancelled and reordered. At one point, I received a wall cabinet, I didn't think I had sufficient room for and asked them to cancel it....too late though, it was despatched. A few panicky messages later, RB agreed, as a gesture of good faith, to meet the cost of collection ....by which time, I had concluded it would fit!! I am delighted with the items I bought and can not thank RB enough. Throught the process, they were professional, patient and kind. Huge thanks to all x

Absolutely amazing team , I had a really urgent issue not caused by team or a quality of a product and I have never experienced in those days such a amazing experience, team has helped me and assured me that all will be well and they will do everything to help me and THEY DID!!!! Please do not change and please be as humans as you are , it’s hard to find that kind of empathy in those current days so well done , whoever is going to read this USE ROYAL BATHROOMS!!!!
