I ordered a shower cube with next day delivery. It was meant to come today. I got a call at 8.09 and a text saying : Delivery from royal bathrooms. At 8.11 I saw the missing call and I called almost every minute for the next 15 minutes and I was being told that the user is on the other line. The driver finally phoned back 40 minutes later to say he has been at the address. I was awake since 7 am and noone has rung the door buzzer which is impossible not to hear. He also said he has been on his phone. I called the customer service who told me that the driver obviously wouldn't be sitting in front of my door and not ringing the door buzzer. This doesn't mean he wasn't at the wrong door ! The driver told me on the phone he has been at 178 and not no 278 !! I cancelled the delivery as I can't waste time with such a nonsense and disrespectful company. Would never order again and I don't recommend. Such a rubbish experience and rude customer service

Their drivers driving dangerously stupid in their vans are an absolute embarrassment to the company. They should teach safe driving to their team

Wow, I ordered on 10th June, received a txt and phone call later that day to say delivery would be 11th June between 0600-0800. Prompt delivery at 0600 by a very pleasant and smart delivery driver. Very happy with product so far, not yet installed!

I recently ordered a vanity unit and sink and toilet. Royal bathrooms delivered very quick. On opening the box we found a slight mark on one of the unit doors. I contacted Royal bathrooms who quickly responded. I was happy for them to send a replacement door because the rest of the units were good. Royal bathrooms emailed me back saying that they wanted to send out another unit we were very happy with this and it arrived the next day. I cannot thank Royal bathrooms enough for their prompt service and response to our queries. I would certainly recommend Royal bathrooms for good service and quality products. I recently purchased a great shower enclosure from this company. When my plumber put it all together, we noticed that the shower door handles did not match. I contacted Royal Bathrooms, who replied immediately. They were most apologetic and ordered the correct replacement handle straight away. This arrived a couple of days later. My new shower enclosure now looks perfect! I would highly recommend this company and will use them again myself. The goods are an amazing quality and their customer service is absolutely fantastic!

Ordered a shower tray 700mm x 1700mm. Arrived very quickly and was exactly as stated. The plumber said the riser kit was good quality ...the legs were great. Packaged really well. Delighted with the item, description and service.
