I have purchased twice from this company. A modern basin for my small WC and a toilet for the bathroom. Both products were very reasonably priced, lovely in design and quality as well as arrived on time. 9 months later the soft close lid on the toilet I had purchased failed. I contacted the company via email advising of the issue and to my surprise I received a reply within hours and a replacement seat was sent out to me within 48 hours. The customer service was exceptional and better than I could have expected. Highly recommend this company and I would almost certainly buy from them again.

Excellent service with fast delivery. The shower enclosure required a two person installation but this was not mentioned within the online description. Shower enclosure now fitted and looking good.

This review is for the purchase of a 800 quadrant shower enclosure, tray waste, shower tray and riser kit. At 00:48 hrs on 22/7 my order went in. On 23/7 at 08:17 hrs the order was confirmed by email and text 31 minutes later I was texted a delivery slot for the 24/7 between 2pm and 4pm. At 13:19 hrs I got a call from the polite lady at RB asking if the delivery time was ok and for any special instructions. On the 24/7 at 13:32 hrs I received a call from the driver letting me know he was outside. The service i received from Royal Bathrooms was second to none. Absolutely the best in every way. Everything was delivered in perfect condition by a very courteous driver. I am extremely happy with the price and quality of the products and the overall experience of their first class service, I will definitely be using them again.

Very prompt delivery, and the shower enclosure, once fitted is impressive. There were 4 covers for the rollers missing, but this was rectified quickly and with no hassle. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Good range of shower enclosures at competitive prices with different methods of payment. Delivery quick and on time with excellent communication. Unknown to me that some quadrant enclosures do not match the tray due to different radii, as was in my case. Excellent customer service made the return so easy, both in collection and full refund. I will be ordering a new enclosure and matching shower tray from here without any hesitation.
