Purchased a toilet & cistern through Amazon. Company kept in touch re delivery via email, sms and phone. Delivery was at exact time promised. Very polite and considerate delivery driver. All round great experience. Toilet has been fitted with no problems! Would highly recommend!

Cracked wall hung toilet that took an eternity to get a replacement sorted as there is only email contact. After a year the push button on the cistern broke, supposedly comes with a 5 year warranty apparently until there is issues and they state certain parts are one year which they do not state anywhere when purchasing. Stay clear as the goods and service are shocking.

Bought a vanity unit with sink and realised i had ordered the wrong size. Contacted Royal Bathrooms they happily arranged an exchange free of delivery charge with no problem at all. Excellent service would definitely recommend and have a beautiful vanity unit.

I needed a new Towel radiator for when my en-suite was remodeled. I looked on the web and found one listed by Royal Bathrooms, it was just the style that I wanted, a good price and even came with a 5 year guarantee. I couldn't believe how quick I received it, next day, when I ordered it late evening the day before - Brilliant! Even the fitters said it was good quality.

Cannot fault the service we received from this company. Their communication and delivery speed was second to none. The item was exactly as described and packaged securely, and the delivery driver was happy to wait while the item was unpacked and checked. Would recommend this company quite happily.

Poorly glazed toilet. Leaks, and only the parts are exchanged. I'm having to pay out of my pocket for the cost for repairs. Customer service worse than what I'm trying to flush down!

Great company who allowed me to return items not just once but several times after some changing of minds at my end. The only reason I’m deducting a star is because the shower itself came with some screws that were too long thus have almost punctured through the aluminium frame of the shower cubicle. I’ve informed RB of this so they can get on to their supplier. So just check your items before screwing then in!
