I purchased a WC from Royal Bathrooms back in January, only just got round to fitting it last weekend and noticed there was a problem with one of the cistern parts. I left a message on Sunday and was really surprised to get a reply the same day! The customer service was excellent, I was asked to send a picture, which I did and they arranged for a replacement to be sent by next day delivery. Couldn't ask for better, love the WC & fantastic service! Will definitely be a retuning customer
