All of the order arrived very quickly, early morning but very efficient. The shower tray had a mark on it and after sending photos to them they sent out a new one with no hassle or queries. I would definitely recommend them.

Do not buy from these people!!!! Their website states "lifetime guarantee' for shower trays. What it does not tell you is that this is conditional on how they are fitted. How many of you are actually present when a shower tray is fitted and would remember this a long time after!?!? Not to mention Royal Bathrooms repeatedly asked me to take apart parts of my en suite to ascertain this (which would invalidate the work I had paid a professional to fit in the first place!)
