We ordered a vanity unit from Royal Bathrooms a couple of weeks ago. It was a good price and delivered promptly. Unfortunately, after fitting the base unit, the sink was found to be faulty. Customer services replied to my email within minutes and offered to send a replacement, which arrived a few days later. However, this was also faulty - obviously a manufacturing problem. They offered a partial refund if we kept the sink or a full refund if we wanted to return the whole unit. No quibble at all. We opted for a full refund, the unit was collected and we received our refund today. I have never had customer service like this. Well done Royal Bathrooms! I wish other companies were as efficient and fair. Would certainly use again in the future.

Ordered a bathroom suite from Royal Bathrooms and it was delivered very bquickly and the suite was of the quality we expected and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, due to space and storage required the design was changed and the items had to be returned. The returns service from Royal Bathrooms was of equal efficiency as was the order a d delivery. Very happy with the service received. Thanks

Bought a toilet but the cistern lid was scratched. Royal Bathrooms replaced it straight away. Top quality customer service would definitely recommend.

Fantastic customer service and delivery, I purchased a new vanity unit, my plumber fitted it some weeks later and found a slight blemish on a drawer front, call Royal and a new drawer front arrived the next day, faultless service and great prices. The initial purchase and delivery was great - very efficient and a great price for a WC suite. On installing the toilet a couple of weeks later we found that the pan had a manufacturing fault - there was a crack in the bottom. I spoke with Harry at the contact centre who asked me to email through a video showing the problem. Have to admit I started to get a bit worried after reading the reviews on here about returns but I sent the video and the same day I was contacted back by email to say that they would arrange to collect and replace the toilet. This only took a couple of days and the new toilet is now in place and working perfectly. Very happy with the products, price and the service from Royal Bathrooms and that even when something didn't go to plan it was rectified quickly and with the minimum of fuss.

Ordered a shower tray and sliding door. Both very good products and looks great installed. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. They really are a delight to deal with.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a close couple toilet from these people. Unfortunately Amazon obviously didn't read them either. I purchased through Amazon market place where the reviews are not posted. I purchased an Elena toilet and soon found when put to use that it does not flush properly. Virtually every time it is flushed it leaves toilet paper behind. They feign concern and make out they want to put it right but here I am two and a half months after notifying them of the problem they are still in denial that there is a problem. Their warranty is worthless if they won't honor it. Heaven knows why Amazon associate themselves with them.

Couldn't be a worse company to deal with! My original order was for a shower mixer. Royal Bathrooms sent an item that wasn't photo'd and the description inaccurate. then charged me to return the item. QUOTE "Simply email us at [email protected] to arrange return of your product(s) to us and we will refund you. I've sent numerous emails and many phone conversations and still struggling trying to put right an error that was totally not my fault. Be wary dealing with this company.
