The chaps who delivered and put it together were polite, efficient, professional. There was a slight mistake in the delivery which was rectified swiftly and efficiently. Online Bedrooms is among the first companies I approached when I researched into bespoke wardrobes at my new home. As I need a cornered one and another with a slanted loft, they are not straightforward. Online Bedrooms' designer Amy Steer arranged an online meeting with me to discuss my options. I am actually very pleased about her professionalism. She followed up with further online meetings to clarify my questions which were promptly answered. Despite I eventually did not choose Online Bedrooms, I am still very impressed by her assistance and advice, who helped me finding what I needed.

Very good communication. Product was to a high standard. Tiny blemish on one of the wardrobe doors. New one was sent out without any fuss. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great communication, easy to install after we’d put together the first unit. Minor issue with a hanging rail(wrong size sent) which was swiftly resolved and a new rail arrived within 48hrs. The units are very sturdy and we’re delighted with the final result.

Really helpful and easy to use! We designed the wardrobe mainly over email which was really helpful as I was at work. They even designed a space for a dog bed within our wardrobe. The wardrobe arrived within a couple of weeks. Easy to assemble and there is video online as-well if you get stuck. Overall really happy, it is slightly more expensive than if you buy off a shelf, but for the quality and having something that uses all of our wall space, it was well worth the money! Will use again and highly recommend!

My designer was very knowledgable and always at the end of the phone or on email to answer all my queries. Having changed my mind on the size of my fitted wardrobe at the end of the process, my designer was more than happy to work with me to get it exactly as I wanted it. Very good customer service. All the delivered goods were immaculate too. Very impressive service.
