Honestly. The best experience working with Online Bedrooms. I had to move my install 4 times. Katie is customer service is exceptional. Gareth, the installer, was a delight and incredible attention to detail. I'm thrilled with my walk-in wardrobe. 150% would recommend.

Discovered Online Bedrooms after getting a silly quote from another high end bedroom company, I dealt with Charlie who was very nice and talked me through the designs and listened to what I wanted, I did feel like I would have liked more reassurance before and during ordering and would have very much liked a follow up call upon full payment without requesting it myself, when your making a big purchase I think this would make you feel a little more secure (Just an idea) I opted for a wardrobe with sliding mirror doors and the doors are sent from a third party company that who are very rude and unfriendly and actually have dreadful reviews online, thankfully they arrived undamaged by the rude delivery driver. The following week the wardrobes arrived and the driver was so polite and helpful and I could clearly see in the van how well packed and secure everything was (Thank you) The reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 is because the instructions labeled all of the cabinets but they made the mistake of getting unit 1 and unit 3 the wrong way around this resulting in a few hours of wasted time and costing me more money for the tradesman.

Our experience with Online Bedrooms has been excellent. The service, from design to delivery to aftercare, has been outstanding. The furniture is beautifully made and we are delighted with the results which will last for many years. As 2 amateur DIYers we assembled our units without issue within a couple of days.

Was surprised at the ease of ordering, and the level of care that my wardrobes were what I was expecting, delivery was on the day and time that I'd expressed and I was very happy at the quality and ease of assembly (the wardrobes are very well made and the instructions easy to follow) would definitely use these guys again

My purchase started 12 months ago when I ordered my wardrobes only to find out I had measured them wrong. On line bedrooms helped me use the wardrobe I had made the mistake and gave me a discount. Took me ages to get it fitted and when one set of doors runners were the wrong size they immediately sent replacements. This is just a great company to deal with and the wardrobes are great quality.

Easy company to deal with for bespoke storage.

We were a little worried about ordering online, and having to rely on our own measurements. However, we needn't have worried. Our designer, Robin Dale was excellent and very helpful, and explained everything very clearly. There are also useful information sheets online. We went for the beautiful, four panel shaker door in sage green. The wardrobes arrived as flatpacks and it was a little daunting to see how much there was! However, everything was very well organised and labelled. Everything was well (in fact, beautifully) packaged and protected against potential damage. The quality, solidity and fit was excellent and my husband, who put them together, found the instructions very straightforward and user friendly. There was one issue where one set of doors and frame delivered were not the right height- perhaps a typo or something and which we didn't notice ourselves until we erected them! When we reported this ,they were replaced promptly without fuss. It was also great being able to deal with humans on the other end of the line! The wardrobes make the room (which is not large) seem much bigger, probably because they are such an uncluttered design, and they look classy. We are absolutely thrilled with them. We would certainly recommend Online Bedrooms and would not hesitate to use them again. A really excellent Company.
