I placed an order with Shade and Story for two different types of blinds. The first arrived fine and the company kept me up to date with where that part of the order was. But they forgot the second part of the order. I phoned them to find out what had happened and made it clear I no longer wanted that part of the order and asked for a refund. The person I spoke to said they would find out what had happened and call me back. They didn't bother to do so. Instead they sent me the blinds I no longer wanted. This company clearly does not listen to its customers and has no interest in providing a decent service. I have several other windows needing blinds. I will definitely not be ordering from Shade and Story.

Just right for my bathroom. Good to have the free samples for colour selection, quick response and delivery.

White bespoke blind good quality finish, easy to fit. However, no screws provided and the instruction sheet looked like a copy of a copy, very difficult to read.

Good quality blind which arrived promptly. However disappointed not to have received all samples request and by not having questions answered . This has stopped me from ordering a second blind.

Waste of time and money. Ordered blinds in early Dec, paid in full, nothing delivered. Contacted company twice, no response. Happy to take your money but too incompetent to do anything else. I will be seeking a full refund. What a waste of time for a simple blind. Do not use this company.

I ordered what looked like a mid- to dark-green (teal) on the website, and what arrived is light-blue and bears no resemblance to any online picture on the John Lewis website. It is unsuitable for the room, and therefore no use, so I am extremely disappointed.

Wonderful colour on real wood blinds, easy operation and clear installation instructions. Couldn’t ask for more.
