I ordered blinds - they arrived very broken and damaged and I could not give them as a gift. I have not received a refund and it has now been over a week.

Received an email from Shade & Story saying the blind had been "Collected by Courier" on 22 November 2024. As at 29 November 2024, no update from the courier or Shade & Story. Phoned S&S on 28 November querying where the blind was, but they were unable to confirm anything. So, who knows whether the blind will ever arrive, or has indeed been despatched?

Very fast delivery. Lovely quality blind & super easy to put up with no-drill installation.

Our blackout blind arrived on the day stated and was in perfect condition when I unwrapped it. It is now installed, fits perfectly and is just what we wanted.

The blind fabric was fine, but the roller mechanism was very clunky - we chose the twist system, but it doesn't look very neat. Also, after twisting it tight, the plaster in the recess cracked. We'd have been better off with brackets.
