The blinds that I bought were a perfect fit, great quality, and arrived very quickly. I will definitely buy again!

I ordered cream wood paint, but I was given olive curtain paint. Please refrain from ordering online from this company. Very bad 00000000

I ordered at the start of December 2024, with a suggested delivery date the following week - but my order never arrived. I have queried this with the Customer service team (twice) who have responded that are checking with the production team, but I've still had no full response, and certainly no blinds yet... I'm sure they'll be nice when/if they arrive!

I ordered a roller blind on 6.12 and it was delivered on 31.12 - I understand this is over a busy Christmas period. The blind was well packaged and everything I needed was there and the instruction sheet made it easy to put up. It is a lovely William Morris design and is made of a synthetic material. It is not clear that the blind was made in the UK and the packaging said Dubai.

Blinds arrived, not self coloured as expected. Still waiting on returns label and still haven’t been told if the company actually make self coloured blinds although when ordering the look self coloured. Returns process not timely.

Poor communication. I’m just hoping that the blinds will be good when they arrive, whenever that might be!
