Great website with very clear instructions on measuring. Delivered quickly and very pleased with the quality of blinds. Only issue is there did not seem to be enough weight to keep the strings taught but I added a small weight and now looks fine Will definitely order from them again

Still not had a delivery

The measuring instructions were not intuitive - “exact size” blinds where “no deductions are made to the measurements provided” in fact come 35mm narrower than the measurements you provide.

The product is good quality but would prefer 0.5 cm wider and 1 cm shorter to cover my windows more effectively. Fixings were missed from the initial parcel and had to query with customer service who helpfully assisted in getting the right pieces across.

I ordered some samples, the max of 10. They arrived 1 day latter than the courier initially advised. 3 of the fabrics ( all Day & Night ) were marked as out of stock.

This blind was more expensive than any blind I had bought from other online retailers, which I wrongly believed would mean it would be better value and quality. The blind creases easily, no screw fixings were provided, the bead chain was of a lower quality and if you want chrome there was an additional charge, and frustratingly, the weight in the pocket at the bottom was not secured in and is not heavy enough to unroll the blind fully meaning my blind has a little flick at the bottom. Hopefully this will disappear but not so far. Not a bad product really, and some of my points could be considered minor, but that many minor issues for a higher price is disappointing.

Wide range of materials and free samples to check before you buy. Blind was made to measure and rapidly despatched. Only reason for not being 5 stars was some incorrect cosmetic covers sent with it that didn’t fit
