We had an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) fitted in 2020 in a property we rent out, next door to ours. We were so impressed with the quality of advice and installation at the time, that when it came to upgrading our own house from oil to an ASHP system, we called on them again. Our house, being 180 years old in places, was a little awkward to fit out, but Geo Green were more than up to the challenge, and we now have a system installed. Once more, the quality of advice was brilliant, giving us the confidence the ASHP would satisfy our needs for hot water and heating. They managed to fit new pipe work with minimal disruption to the house, and each day they tidied away. The only reason you knew they were there was the lifted carpet to access floorboards (which were fitted back at the end of each day so we could walk over them). The final day saw the house left practically as it was found, they even refitted the carpet, bricked up old boiler flue holes with like-for-like bricks, and hoovered everything. Honestly, I can't recommend them enough, and if you're lucky enough to have Anand or Arthur working on the system install, then you're in safe hands indeed.

Really good service from start to finish. Initial on site visit helped us choose the right system for us, and there was no sales pressure after sending the quote. Surveyors worked with us to get the system located in the best place for us, and the job was fully planned so that the installation team had no further questions on arrival. The installation team were very professional and also accommodating of other works we were having done at the time. Documentation was sent promptly and I am confident that any possible service needs will be dealt with efficiently. Installation went smoothly and as scheduled. On commissioning, the electrician made sure he'd explained everything to me and I had the correct version of the app installed. The original survey went over my options and explained the benefits and best options fully.

They have serviced and repaired my ASHP system for a number of years. They are always very helpful and the engineers are knowledgeable and efficient, do jobs well and leave no mess. Usually they send Anand who is excellent. All in all a first class job.
