Starting with the initial consultation which was professional, knowledgeable, polite and easy to understand, through to the final installation in which the technicians and electricians answered all questions excellently, were polite and very neat & tidy. Great company to design, install and commission your solar system. Competitive pricing yet customer-focussed, with a personal touch. You may need to wait as they are popular but it's well worth it. Nice attention to detail throughout the process and now generating our own power!

The general experience was and value for money was good, and I was impressed by the fact that a damaged tile was replaced without me having to chase up the problem It would have been 5 but for the reason that the on-site survey did not indetified the raised vents on the roof so that at installation time the solar panels were not installed in the agreed position.

Exchanged emails with this company about solar installation. Was instructed to take photos and fill out a form with a lot of information, because they were too busy to visit without the information. Then got an email back to say too far out of area so can't help. Please either make your coverage area clear on your website, or when asking for the form to be filled out. Or at the very list have you form flag an outside area postcode so people don't waste their time. Thank you.
