The install was quixk and efficient. The initial install was cancelled due to scaffolding not turning up. So was delayed by a couple of weeks. But overall very pleased.

The installation was delivered on time and at a competitive price. The work was neat and the placement of units was exactly where we wanted. Sam and all the team were particularly helpful and the office answered all our questions. Very well done Geo Green Power. Many thanks!

Contacted Geo Green 28/03 for a quote for Solar and Battery, their admin staff reached out to gather information for a desktop quote, zero communication from the company to the date of this post, I would avoid as this is not a great customer experience and makes me think that if it is poor communication now, what would it be like if i had agreed for any works to commence.

A fantastic service all-round - highly recommended We had ground source heat pumps fitted by Geo Green Power this year. Some observations; - The installation was handled with great care, consideration and professionalism by the team, led by Rob. It was a delight to have them here. - The ground works were done with incredible attention to detail. In just a very short time you could not tell the pipes had been laid in the field. We've planted a wildflower meadow in the field and look forward to seeing that take shape this year! - The system was top-spec, with only really quality products used. - The system is working perfectly. We had one small issue with noise (we probably had the pump working too high). George quickly came out and sorted it. We did decide to keep our boiler back in case the heating was not warm enough or the water was not hot enough, We've not even bothered plumbing it in because the ground source heat pumps all work brilliantly. Our confidence in the job on the ground source heat pumps meant we decided to only speak to Geo Green for the next part of our installation, solar panels. Again, every aspect of the job was great. A first-class team did the installation, the panels are great and excellent quality and - even in winter - they have made a difference. Geo Green have also sorted EV charging points for us, and we've received another 5 star service working with Rohith. It's clear that everyone we have met really enjoys their role at Geo Green, and that reflects in the service and professionalism you get across all aspects of the business. We'd highly recommend them.

We engaged Geogreen after receiving a number of quotes. Not only was the communication brilliant throughout, there was huge effort made to ensure that the work was fitted in to meet with our existing timescale. We already had scaffolding arranged for our builder to sort out various issues with the roof, and as it was only booked for a month, we needed Geogreen to fit our panels and optimisers during the time it was here. They scheduled the work perfectly. Every one of the people who arrived i.e. pre-installation check as well as the men who did the work were absolutely on time and very pleasant in manner besides being highly professional. Work went smoothly and to time. Thanks to all who were involved.

Oh yes! After indifferent service by our new-build air source heating installers, Geo Green popped up in a Google Search. Read well, so gave it a chance. Phew, glad we did. Telephone arrangements made with head office, pleasantly polite, obliging engineer arrived at the allotted time, did his thing, plus sorted aspects beyond his remit (left in a right state by the original installers) leaving everything clean & tidy, with a list useful tips. Peace of mind at last. Well done Team Geo Green.
