I was dealing with several enquiries…

I was dealing with several enquiries about my account and Paul took me through them one by one, listening to the issues with patience and understanding despite me being at the other end of the spectrum regarding phone communication capabilities (marks out of 10: Paul = 10; myself =1). Within 5 minutes he provided solutions to all my problems and kindly waivered the debt collection charges incurred due to the postal letters going astray (now solved with email billing). Thank you, thank you Paul, you made everything so much easier to deal with!
