The worst problem with Scan Cafe is it’s failure to provide detail instructions on how and where to Download pictures. How and where it you are downloading to DOS or IOS. Is there an App that they should be downloaded too? If it is DOS what should the download be stored or saved too?

Easy to navigate.

The service was exactly as advertised, executed on time, with constant, clear communication. I will be using this service again.

They did a quality job on my slide scans and did it much quicker than most, especially during the pandemic.

when I considered the amount of time it would have taken me to scan all of my slides and make enhancements, I thought the price was very reasonable. The product that I got back was excellent considering that some of the slides were over 20 years old. All in all the entire process was extremely satisfying.
