Service was excellent. I was pleased in general. Some of the scanned slides were a bit dark requiring me to do some correction with Photoshop. But that minor inconvenience is offset by the reasonable price.

Very pleased and impressed with the care given to improving the image quality of the black and white paper images to digital. My first batch of pictures were from the 40’s and they look amazing! Cracks, food, or tears were reworked and removed, very nice work. Thank you!

Regrettably, the quality of ScanCafe's work has declined significantly since they moved their scanning operations to Chicago. The images are: 1) not even close to being sharp 2) underexposed 3) the color balance does not come even close to the transparency and, 4) the scans cannot be rescued in Photoshop

Great service and great communication throughout the process. I received notifications regularly as to the status of my order, which included over 750 photos and 5 hours of digital movies. The website to review the images was simple and very fast to use. Finally, the quality of the scans is quite good, and well worth the cost.
