I had an operation at mono clinic, my patient service coordinator was Baris and I cannot recommend him enough! He is so lovely, he has amazing customer service. He checked up on me everyday and told me if I ever needed anything not to hesitate to call him, he is truly amazing and he is so kind. He made my experience at mono clinic so easy for me. Also Dr Deniz was my surgeon, he was soo lovely to speak to and understood what I wanted. Kept my mind at ease and reassured me everything will be successful which it was! I’m beyond happy that I chose mono clinic and I would recommend the clinic and Dr Deniz !

I’m two weeks post op Rhinoplasty and I’m so happy with my results! Every part of the process has been incredible. I can’t thank Mono enough, especially my personal coordinator Sevgi and also travel coordinator Cerean. They both made every step of the journey easier, from arriving in Izmir to my surgery date and after! Sevgi was so friendly and helped ease all my nerves especially in the hospital with helping to translate from Turkish to English. She was the best. I’m so happy with my decision to book with Mono!

Clinic Mono is an exceptional clinic with specialties that operate with patients focused, dignity and compassion. My experience with Mono was fantastic, smooth and hassle free. During my stays, I was treated extremely professionally; from the pick up driver, hotel staffs and clinic staffs. My consultant was very polite, and friendly who gives professional advice listened to my concerns and answered all my queries respectfully. My smooth journey and experience would never be completed without the amazing Busra, who anchored all my consultations and responded to all my messages days and nights. She was absolutely brilliant and fantastic person. All I wanted to say is thank you all.

Well am half way through my journey and omg one word amazing everyone so helpful and caring always making sure I was ok making me feel at ease. From airport pick ups to hotel clinic pickups and drop offs. Everything ran so smoothly ceren from mono clinic always sending wee txtes to see how I am even when I got home ceren still went out her way to txt and see how I was feeling. A extra shout out to furkan for keeping in touch with me from start to finish sorting all my appointments and picks ups no matter the time if I wanted to know anything he was always at the other end of the phone. Thankyou so much to everyone at mono clinic if ur thinking about getting anything done this is defo ur place to go 😀

Absolutely Amazing! They were very polite and made my whole experience easy and comfortable. The staff in the villa was great was like being at home. Everything went as planned like discussed before I arrived. Would definitely recommend
