Had great times at monoclinic, my surgeon is an exceptional physician. He’s everything you want in a person of his kind; gentle, smart and knows exactly what you want and when. The dentist was another person that knows what his job was and how well to do it. This guy will give you nothing but the very best aside being amicable, focused and professional. His assistant was also very nice. I happened to be in company of some persons, the likes of Fatima, Dilan and a very flexible and kind guy. I just can’t remember his name. Fatima was my first encounter and every moment with her was amazing. Dilan was a friend, she pays attention to everything and very ready to help. Can’t lie, I missed those times with you guys . Apologies this is coming really late, had some issues beyond my control. Keep doing great. Pat

I was a companion for my sister who was having treatment at mono clinic. After a bit of a shaky start (no bed for me, but resolved quickly), things soon settled. We were transferred to the mono clinic hotel the day after surgery and we were very impressed with the hotel, very clean and a good location close to the clinic. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. You are assigned a PS who is your contact throughout your stay and my sisters PS was Baris. Baris is a lovely guy who genuinely cares about his patients. Nothing was too much trouble, he was always on hand and quickly resolved any issues we had. He treated you as a friend and made you feel very relaxed. If you choose mono clinic I recommend you request Baris as your PS, you will not be disappointed and will be sure to have a very pleasant stay. I didn't have any treatment so my 5 stars are for Baris!

Breast Revision with Mono Clinic, currently 7 days post op. On a whole, it was OK esp based on an experience I'd had with a company here in the UK. I have mixed feelings about Mono Clinic, upon arriving at the aftercare villa, me and my sister, who had been coming all along wasn't even down as coming with me, so they had no room for her. It was however quite sorted out. The Hosts were pretty much pointless, if the other guests staying hadn't been there we would of been completely lost. Luckily for me, I had the best PS Mono have, Baris! He addressed my concerns and fixed them. The care and attention he gave me through my stay was beyond 100%! He reassured me, was there for me and I was quite sad upon leaving because I will miss him. The hospital stay was OK, tge language barrier proved an issue sometimes but baris, again was on hand to make sure anything I needed, I got. The Nurses were never late with medication or obs and after a minor complication after surgery, they were faultless. We arrived at Hotel Mono Life after surgery and boy, was it a different experience, so instantly things were better. The only issue (which got quickly resolved by the staff) was loud inconsiderate other patients staying. The walls are rather thin and music and shouting past 9pm when you are recovering from surgery isn't the best. The location of the hotel is great, so close to clinic and close to get a taxi out and about. There were a few hidden costs which you aren't told about but nothing major. Mono provided a wonderful garden lunch on the day of leaving which was a lovely touch. Overall I would choose Mono Clinic providing I got Baris he was not only my PS but now my friend too and if you don't mind a little a chaos here and there you won't be disappointed. Also a shout out too Bursa', before arriving in Izmir, this lovely lady was my contact... all questions answered and super helpful with flights. Thanks Baris and thank you Bursa. *Edit 2 months post op and I LOVE LOVE my new breasts. I went asking for more fullness and a little bigger, that's exactly what I have. The bruising seemed a little excessive and I was sore for a long while around my ribs(I think not having somewhere to go once home just made me hyper aware) but I was contacted by Hazel to check in, I brought this up with her and she was super helpful and reassuring. To this day I still have contact with Baris, not just a PS, now a friend for life. Thanks Mono for a new confident me.

Couldn’t be happier with my choice of clinic! Mono Clinic has served every desire i ever had, beyond every expectations. Communication/consultations, planning & transportations, hospitality and service all at an excellent level. They did an incredible job with my smile makeover, unbelievably talented dentistry. Mert Ćelik my dentist patient coordinator made it extra easy on me and on the whole process to be smooth as possible. In generally I would’ve been terrified from any dentistry procedure , but at Mono and the help of associates i felt i was at best hands. Now i just can’t stop smiling. I also had a breast augmentation and Brazilian butt lift. I was in urgent need to switch out my old implants and have a breast revision. In this department my coordinator was Ipek, who was the sweetest and most helpful assistant of all. Both surgeries went very well, i was only hospitalized for one night. From then on i spent my recovery days at the comfort of Mono Life Hotel, where Ipek and a designated nurse were constantly checking on me. I can only recommend this clinic and would do every procedure over in a heartbeat without hesitation. I am very grateful and happy with all results ♥️

my journey for my teeth started last week with my coordinator being Fatima , she is friendly and easy to get along with i cant say much about my teeth yet as i will give a update when i come back in a few months to complete my treatment. the only thing that was frustrating was the language barrier as english isnt my first language neither the clinics but besides that everything went well and cant fault mono clinic or my coordinator Fatima x

Adding to my previous review from the 17th April 2023. I now have problems with my crowns that were fitted by mono clinic the back ones have come loose. Mono clinic will not fix unless I pay again 😡. Beware of these people they only take cash aswell and don't give receipts. Now I know why. So basically everything I paid for which was 10.5k has gone wrong. Stay away 😡😡😡 I've been coming to Turkey for over 30 years I'm currently staying in kusadasi with friends, I speak with many Turkish friends and they tell me that it's disgusting they are doing this to people. There are 2 prices also one for Turkish and one for tourists 😡 Now I get my teeth fixed in proper dentist here in kusadasi.

Cane from UK in 2022 for removal of upper and lower eye bag removal and also 24 zirconia crowns, teeth are fine and I'm very happy with them. My eye surgery however was not successful, I'm left with a baked bean size lump under my right eye, came back in 2023 for correction surgery which 8 was told would take 5 mins with a local anaesthetic, when we arrived the surgeon who originally performed the surgery had left mono clinic, we were not told this was, they kept saying he would do it right up to the day before we left the UK! The new surgeon said it could not be done under a local and I would need to be put to sleep, I didn't want this as I was recovering from phemonia, so I left the clinic very unhappy as the lump looks awful. Anyway, upon return to UK I was told the original surgeon would of corrected it at his new clinic free of charge and I would need to pay for the hospital charges, it was there mistake, but still expecting me to pay additional costs. Fast forward to 2024 and they still kept offering to put this right, but wanted us to pay £900 for 4 nights B&B, this is disgusting, already paid for flights to return last year, then wanting us to do the same this year, all this added together was more than doubling the original cost of the surgery, in 2022 my partner also had zirconia crowns which wasn't done correctly,this was rectified last year but they wanted additional fees which in my opinion is totally wrong, they always keep asking for additional costs, I'm sure some people are very happy with the procedures they have, but we certainly are not, they also gave my partner the wrong medication for pain, despite having his medical history. It's a terrible money grabbing clinic, they are only worried about money and do not care at all when things go wrong, I wish I had never got involved with this clinic and would never ever recommend them to anyone. Just to add they left us at the airport for over 2 hours before collecting us on both visits, no apologies! Avoid this place.

Couldn’t be more happy with the results. I flew in from Los Angeles to Izmir turkey with my girlfriend to do three surgeries plus veneers for her first one was my hair transplant that went very smooth and I’m extremely happy with the results then they did her Brazilian butt lift and breast surgery at the same time, thank God everything went well and she was back on her feet the very next day. She’s very happy with the results so as I she also did a full set of veneers and her smile got perfect. We are definitely recommending this place to all individuals, whether you are a girl, a guy or a couple , I also want to highlight monoclinic hotel that was an absolute pleasure to stay in each and every room is designed for after surgery care so it makes the recovery period. Very convenient. Also having Barış as my personal care specialist made it very easy to navigate between appointments the transportation was five star and everybody was always on time , also is here as a city to visit is a fabulous destination. We had so much fun during the 10 days of our visit.
