My surgeon Dr Eren did exactly what I wanted done, down to the details and I’m so happy with how my procedure is turning out. Ipek was so so helpful especially with communication and helping me settle well. Singe was so thoughtful, caring and helpful as well. I’m grateful to Ceren too. The accommodation was really good as well transportation services. I’ll definitely advise anyone going for a cosmetic procedure to try monoclinic it’s worth your money.

I have been to the mono clinic numerous times for different things dental and breast augmentation. I can’t fault the staff, hospital, clinic and my personal assistant Furka. He was excellent in arranging everything for me. This visit was to see My dentist dr Cagri who is amazing and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The mono life hotel was beautiful, Although myself and my husband do like the villa as we have stayed there a few times and no the area. Overall clinic staff were brilliant and even assisted me with an accident I had whilst out there. Nothing to do with the clinic at all. They didn’t need to help but they cared and got me the medication I needed and even delivered it to the hotel. Brilliant service. They went above and beyond. The only downfall for me was I didn’t get to see my surgeon this time around who previously done my breast augmentation dr eren Eroz. He is amazing but was so busy in theatre. Shame as I just wanted to say hi. I have met some wonderful people there and they always treated me with respect and acted in a professional manor. For me I would highly recommend mono clinic and have no problem in going back for dental checks and will do this when needed just to check everything is ok. Just want to also thank Emrah Dogkin for everything he has done for me, he has be great and I finally got to meet him. Can I say that my breast surgery and my teeth have changed my life and has given me so much confidence 😁

Came to support my girlfriend during the experience and it was pleasant. Baris sorted us both out all through the process and was always available for me and my gf as she was doing her operation and recovery. They even sorted out a birthday cake for her which was really pleasant surprise. The hotel staff are nice and food is good. Baris and everyone work very hard and impressed with the service. As long as you don’t mind abit of chaos the end result is the same. To improve : there needs to be clearer communication and structure to the during we are staying with timings of everything and locations clearly given . That was the chaos . This was a lot of feedback from everyone too. People don’t mind waiting … don’t say things will be 30 minutes then be 4 hours later . Just be honest

I'm very happy with my result from BBL and arm and thigh Liposuction. My Surgeon was Dr Deniz Yıldırım. He is so caring and easy to talk to during the entire process. So is his assistant. Professional, caring and empathetic. Ceren organised my surgery dates and her attention to detail was fantastic. The nursing staff at the hospital were at times, difficult to communicate with as most were not fluent in English, however using Google translate helped. The staff at Mono clinic have exceptional customer service skills and were a pleasure to communicate with. Emir from Mono Clinic went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met before the surgery, during and after. If Emir was not available, Bariş was there to check in on my recovery and ensure all of my needs were being met. I left Izmir feeling like I'd left behind a 2nd family at Mono Clinic.

I found myself very well, the operation was really easy, and the staff is very kind, and the hospital is very clean and welcoming, and the nurses are always available

I travelled to Mono Clinic from the U.K. for a rhinoplasty and labiaplasty. The surgeons are honestly incredible and gave me my dream looks! I’m only 10 days post op but honestly the results are amazing already! There are some communication issues and I’d recommend using google translate in the hospitals with the nurses etc as they don’t speak English. Even though there were a couple of issue with organisation I would still recommend Mono as the point of going is surgery, and that itself is 10/10!

I came to mono for breast augmentation from the UK! My surgery was organised and booked by Büşra, she did a great job of planning everything. We stayed at a lovely hotel before the surgery and another after for recovery, both were lovely. My surgeon M.D. Eren Ersöz was excellent and did the best job with my surgery and aftercare! I am so impressed with my results! The aftercare was great with daily check ups right until I flew home. My co-ordinator Bariş was extremely kind and got us to where we needed to be. He speaks brilliant English and checked up on me regularly. I also mentioned that it was my birthday after the surgery and he arranged a cake for me at the clinic! I felt so looked after during my time there.
