İpek was amazing throughout the whole experience. Extremely professional and very helpful. Any problems faced were sorted immediately by her. Would definitely recommend her as a companion and if I were to go again I’d ask for her to be my companion. With regards to my procedure, I couldn’t be happier with the results.. perfect!! Dr. Eren was Amazing!! He put me to ease as I was nervous before my procedure and answered any questions I had asked. Again, if I was to go I’d choose him.

Baris has been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout my stay at Monoclinic. His polite demeanor and dedication to his job truly stood out. I had am awesome experience with mono clinic as I felt like home during my stay there. The medical team was great and especially Baris . Baris was my personal coordinator and he went extra miles just to see me being comfortable. I love my doctor (Eren) for his caring and efficient work . After much research & consideration I made the decision to undergo my BBL & Liposuction surgery at Mono Clinic. It was actually an easier & a more exciting experience to book & have the surgery in Izmir (Turkey), than it was to organise & pay for in Australia. The Mono Clinic team were with me organising everything from start to finish. I purchased a package with accommodation, surgery, and much more included all in one price. I flew with Turkish Airlines who were faultless. I ate like a queen, recieved very good care before, during & after the surgery and had my own care attendant (Furkan) who was very kind & helpful throughout. Beste, she was wonderful in helping me organise my travel & supporting me right through as well. If/ when I have further cosmetic procedures down the track, I will definitely go back to Mono Clinic. Most importantly, I am absolutely THRILLED with my results & can't wait to show my body off in summer!

Ich bin leider inzwischen sehr enttäuscht. War 2022 für eine Schlauchmagen OP dort und sehr zufrieden. War dann noch zweimal als Begleitperson dabei und musste leider feststellen das die Qualität rapide abnimmt. Vor allem seit dem sie ein eigenes Hotel haben. Vom 5 Sterne Hotel zur Absteige. Toilette funktionierte nicht, kein warmes Wasser und die Putzfrau hat man in einer Woche nicht einmal gesehen. Dann steht einem laut Vertrag ein Dolmetscher in der eigenen Muttersprache zu. Tja was soll ich sagen. Als deutscher der kein Englisch kann, hat man ein Problem. Den einen deutschen Dolmetscher gibt es nicht mehr. Laut Vertrag sind auch Frühstück und Abendessen inklusive. Vor Ort will man dann von nichts wissen und das Abendessen wird in Rechnung gestellt. Zudem ist die Organisatorin nur solang nett, wie sie was von einem will. Und zwar das man OP‘s Bucht. Möchte man seine Anzahlung oder das versprochene Geld für Anwerbungen haben wird man gekonnt ignoriert.

My co ordinator İpek helped me through my experience on having 360 Lipo, tummy tuck and eyelid removal. The surgeon Dr Merve was excellent and I. An highly recommended this clinic and their staff. I was made welcome and transportation was always on time. Very clean and thoroughly professional

If you you are having doubts about going to the Mono clinic then don’t, I went to the Mono clinic for dental treatment and I have to say the whole experience was really good.We stayed in the Villa which is lovely great if you are going on your own as there is always someone there 24/7 from the Mono clinic to look after you. My dentist was Cargi Dereli he is brilliant I would definitely recommend him and his assistant Yasmin was lovely to me, my patient service was Sevgi she was so kind and helpful and kept me updated at all times about my appointments.
