Baris Atas is a testament to professionalism, hard work, and genuine compassion. From the onset, his unwavering commitment to my well-being was evident. His hardworking and humble demeanor set him apart - always ready to assist, regardless of the time or day. What truly stood out was his dedication as he went above and beyond, even making a Sunday visit to check up on my recovery. This level of personal attention turned what could have been a daunting experience into a remarkably bearable one. I sincerely hope Mono Clinic recognizes and appreciates the exceptional service Baris provides. His caring nature played a pivotal role in making my stay at the clinic exceptional. The commendable service doesn't stop with Baris; My Operation Coordinator Busra also did an exceptional job ensuring all my needs pre- arrival are all taken care off. She helped me book flights, assisted with the VISA process, and upon arrival she regularly checked on me to ensure my driver has arrived to pick me up in time. Visiting a city where people do not predominately speak English, being afforded such service does not come lightly. Thank you very much Busra for ensuring all this process is efficient and as painless as possible. The entire staff at Mono Clinic and the hotel went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Their collective effort created an environment that not only met but exceeded my expectations. As my recovery progresses, I look forward to sharing another review in two months to discuss the results of my 360 lipo procedure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mono Villa, and I must say it was an absolute delight. The in-house cook and villa assistants, Oguzhan, Anas, and Asuman, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The villa itself was not only stunning but also provided a level of comfort that exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the convenience of having everything we needed close by made our experience even more enjoyable. Lastly, I would like to extend a big thank you to Busra and Damla for their efforts in organising the accommodation and transfers and to İpek for her exceptional assistance throughout my stay. From managing my appointments, arranging in house transfers, to providing valuable information, İpek went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Additionally, I want to express my immense gratitude to Dt Burak and his assistant Gizem for their outstanding work during my treatment. Their friendliness and willingness to assist were truly commendable, earning them a well-deserved 10/10 rating. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience at Mono Villa unforgettable.

Bypass this company! Seriously do not use! Although the surgeon was great, this aftercare is a shambles! Dump you in a hotel with no one checking on you what so ever! I met 3 other patients there having just as an awful time as me! They provide you with no paperwork, my doctor back home can not actually belive they refused to give me receipts discharge papers absolutely nothing!.... (can't mention his name because he gets the comment removed) is the main man of this show who goes around bullying people for money for hidden costs they don’t tell you about! Seriously they are good places to visit do yourself a favour and avoid these

Just came back from my surgery which was great and I feel good already. I would like to thank the most helpful, friendly and caring person of all which is BARIS ATAS from Saha ps he spoke very fluent English even though I can speak Turkish and really took me step by step throughout the whole procedure thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ and of course I would like to thank busem as well she help a lot as well in the hotel as she was always there thank you 🙏 My doctor was ERGIN ERDOGAN VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU❤️ I fell great 😊

Do not use this company! Avoid at all cost! They left me in a right state hidden charges all the way through! And no after care whatsoever! So they will not provide any documentation of anything you have had done and just refuse to give it to you!

I had a good experience there, really good doctors and nureses, thank you Furkan, Bursen and Ceren for being there for me, all hotel staff really friendly and nice. They made my stay really confromtable.

I am very happy with the clinic and i am big thank you for all the stuff especially for Dilan. She helped me a lot and everything was beautiful and easy because it was my second visit. Hundred percent i will come again for anorher treetment. I am really happy with my New teeth thanks for my dentist.

I found this clinic on Instagram. I got new crowns put in and could not be any happier about the job they did. Surgeons were very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. My consultant Emir was helpful on anything that I needed , hotels , taxis , medication questions , etc. Overall 10/10 experience.

Altogether a nice experience. Had some bumps on the road, but we ended up well. I had dental implants at Mono clinic and after a disapointing first visit, my second one was a top experience thanks to Ipek who made everything possible to make me feel valued. I would recommend this as they have top doctors and professional staff. A special thank you to Ceren and Furkan, the lovely nurse (sorry for not recalling your name) Busem and all the staff at Mono hotel. They all make me feel welcome.

I had a great time with mono clinic, especially their staff, right from Damla, Busra and Ipek. Their customer service is top notch and they made my stay very comfortable.
