Mono never disappoints. Reason why I keep coming back. This is my second time in Mono within the last 3 years. I had a scar revision and a liposuction this time around. They are the best. A text review is not enough to quantify how amazing all the Mono Clinic team are including doctors and staffs. The way they look after their patient, the after care is phenomenal which is so important for any surgery, and Izmir itself is such a lovely and peaceful city. A special thank you to Furkan who was our international patient service person. He went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was positive. A special thanks to my Doctor as well. Mono clinic feels like home and they treat all their patients like family. You’re just not a number but an actual family of Mono . I cannot wait to be back. My coordinator Bariş is the best coordinator ever, he accompanied me everywhere, took care of me before and after the surgery. Information was provided on time, so I felt very safe with him. Just come home this weekend from a 5 night stay at the mono clinic after having surgery. I booked this treatment and all my appointments and bookings and help with flights and information was handled Ceren and Behan! They worked so hard at all hours of the day to ensure i was looked after and supported when booking. Ceran and Behan both checked in on me constantly and everything was always smoothly organised. Behan also ensured i was well even when i come home, so kind and lovely. I am from the Uk and was so excited and nervous for my surgery. On arrival i was looked after really well, My room was a suit and was so clean and spacious! Transport was clean and quick! Fatima was so supportive and professional, she picked me up early the first morning of surgery she explained everything to me before hand via telephone and then to my face. She was so kind and professional and made me feel so welcomed, she made sure i was happy with my hospital room ensured i understood all my paper work, and all helped me settle in really well. She helped me with paper work and also helped my husband when he forgot some luggage at the hotel, Nothing was too much for Fatima. Fatima also introduced me to Baris. He was so Lovely and helped take over my care after surgery. Fatima and Baris have great English Language so this was really helpful! Baris was always on time to meet me and made sure all my medications and needs were met to a high standard. He would always make sure i had water and juice when needed nothing was too hard for him to do! They had great time keeping and always replied ASAP via wats app on out of hours. My surgeon i had been researching for a long time and was super excited to meet him and have my surgery, This was Dr Suleyman Çağlar. He was everything and more i could ask for in a surgeon. He was professional and calm and kind on morning of my surgery and come to check up on me the next day and he was just incredible made me feel so positive My surgery scars are tiny and i had minimal bruising! My friends have said this is the best post operation scars they have ever seen! so neat small and tidy. No complications at all. Surgery was 2 hours and my stay in hospital was 2 nights. Hospital was clean and staff were lovely. Hotel was 10 min drive and the staff there were also great, especially selina! She helped me read anything in turkish and translate to english. Always happy to help me and my husband. The nutritionist İpek was so sweet! so knowledgeable about all the stuff i needed to know! She ensured i was coming home with all the correct supplements! and has been a great support since i have been home via wats app. Thank you you mono i am forever great full for this life changing opportunity! What an experience amazing I was due to go to comfortzone for a BBL but 1 day before I saw a bad result and decided to change to mono and ans what a good decision that was. All the staff are absolutely fantastic from the minute you land off the plane to the minute your dropped off at the airport to go home. You are contacted by the staff, bursa was amazing with arranging accommodation. Her English is great. Dilon who was my personal assistant was truly fantastic,her English is amazing she is so so friendly. She answers all of your questions and if she is un sure she asks the surgeon and tells you straight away. Nothing is too much for her. She tells you exactly when your surgery is, what time you will be collected, when the doctors Will visit. She is truly amazing and confirms everything with you She collects your medication and delivers it after surgery. She was there during bloods and observations She's fantastic So caring. The surgeon who performed my BBL is fantastic, a truly caring man who listens to what you want and is very Good with aftercare advice. I will be back in a few months for round 2 BBL and rhinoplasty! Fantastic! Ĺ

My name is zitel and I was nervous about the surgery and my care afterwards because this was my very first time as a patient in a hospital, but thanks to Bariş and the mono clinic team I was able to have a very good experience. I especially appreciate Bariş for always being on the phone to answer any questions, messages and calls from me and my family. He definitely made this experience much better. Thank you so much to my surgeon, the mono clinic staff, the hospital staff and to Bariş.

The whole experience for me was great from the first consultation to when I left to fly back home to Australia, and to mention my recovery has been super pleasant and fast being back home. I had İpek look after me from accompanying me to and from the hotel and hospital, she helped with any question I asked with really fast responses and she made sure I was always comfortable, and happy, Thankyou İpek you made my experience with mono so pleasant you are amazing at what you do. I would also like to thank Huseyin and Ceylin for looking after me at the hotel, whenever I needed food or refreshments I was catered for super fast and both lovely to talk to. Huseyin you are an absolute legend your energy is unmatched and Thankyou for helping me with the locations I wanted to go to and items I needed to go and buy you were a huge help. Thankyou again Mono such a pleasant experience and I’m sure I will be seeing you guys again.

In October 2023 i've had my mummy makeover done at mono. I have writtena review done before but someone from the team contacted me and asked me politely to remove it and i did, but now i regret doing that. First of all i was very pleased but the hotel staff & nurses in the hotel, they were very kind and was checking up on me daily. However with the results i'm not happy... i have breast uplift , implants & tummy tuck. My breasts are not the same one is upper than the other including my aerol on both boobs! One looks down and other looks up. My left boob looks squased and right is saggy. I cannot wear anything with a clivage because it looks awfull. Lower on my tummy where the stiching is i have a bulge on the left side. I mentioned this all to the person who got in contact with me after my honest review and he told me this was all normal and i had to wait couple more months. It's been 6 months and nothing has changed. Overall my surgery experience with mono has been bad & do not recommend them at all.

I couldn’t fault the mono clinic at all,I had no waiting about time and the results was amazing,there was a few hidden cost,so be prepared to pay a little extra if route canel is needed,the hotel on the other hand and it’s location well that’s a different story,would recommend booking with mono but staying eles were.
