Ich hatte im Januar mein bbl und ja soweit fand ich es passable . Das hotel ist süss , die Klinik eine normale Klinik . Die Leute sind sehr nett und geben wirklich ihr bestes . Vom Arzt bis zum Koch . Ich war alleine und hatte keine Begleitung , dafür hat sich Nazim ( deutsch Dolmetscher der Klinik Mono ) unglaublich herzlich um mich gekümmert und mir trotz scherzhafter OP eine zauberhafte kurze Zeit in Izmir bereitet . Ich komme wieder ! ;)

My name is ivis, I am 22 years old and I decided to have this experience alone, taking risks on every front. I went to Turkey without knowing the language, the country, without knowing 100% of the treatment I would have received and without fully knowing who would have managed me once I arrived. The only thing I carried with me besides my suitcases 😅 was positivity and the coordinators who were already following me from Italy who gave me good vibes.. Despite my fear since I set foot in the airport I have never felt alone and believe me that for a person like me it is not easy .. I have not stopped receiving attention from my coordinators Mustafa and Muhammed whom I thank from my heart because despite them are men they understood and consoled me in every situation... the taxi drivers, their hotel with a comfortable environment and the people who work there who have been available 24/7 for me (And I know that managing me is absolutely not easy)! In addition, the two doctors who came to visit me with such patience at all times that I was sick and even when I had nothing, that is, even if I wanted to, I could not feel alone because I always had them by my side. In the hospital I think I have never been in a hospital with the smell of home and family like that. The doctors who followed me managed to make me overcome the anxieties that I myself was creating in the best ways and despite the pains and sleepless nights, especially thanks to them, the pain felt less. Finally, I would like to tell you about my surgeon who, despite the risky work and my fear with his confidence in speaking, managed to reassure me too, I think I have to thank him more than anyone else for the splendid work he did.. I didn't have the courage to look at myself until the day before my return and I think I've never been so satisfied with a result, and that I've met such a person🙏🏽 Thanks so much MONOCLINIC I couldn't have made a better choice than this and I'm sure we'll see you again very soon❤️

Mertcan was the best Very kind and helpful. He deserves 5 stars. The rest was a bit off compared to my first time. The lady I initially spoke to gave me the rong informations and ended up having a procedure I didn't initially ho for. Still in recovery.

All the staff at Mono were extremely helpful and attentive, particularly my patient coordinator who was there if i needed anything at all. The clinic and hotel was lovely and clean, with staff who were ready to help round the clock. I’m very happy with the results that i have after my surgery, and my surgeon gave me exactly the result that i asked for. Overall a lovely experience and would highly recommend.

My name is Gilly, and on the 9th of January I travelled to Turkey, to the Mono clinic in Izmir with my daughter Becky. My daughter was having her surgery, a nose job and upper blepharoplasty, on the Tuesday the 10th and I was having upper and lower blepharoplasty on the Wednesday the 11th. We were picked up from Izmir airport by Emir and a VIP people carrier and transported to the mono hotel. Emir spoke very good English, he was reassuring and helpful. We liked him instantly, what a lovely young man. Our transfer to the hotel was very smooth. When we arrived, we were happy with our accommodation and the facilities within. My daughters surgery was the following day, and I observed Emir to be most helpful and professional. Whilst Becky was in surgery, I spent some time with Emir and he was lovely. I needed to visit a supermarket for water and supplies and he took me there without hesitation or complaint. Great customer service. My chaperone was Aycan Demirli. Aycan was fantastic. Her grasp of the English language was brilliant. She was most caring, considerate and thoughtful.Aycan enhanced and undoubtably, helped my mono experience. She was with me from first thing in the morning when I traveled to hospital and there until I went down for surgery. When I had recovered from surgery and come round.Aycan was there, and had thoughtfully brought me water and a large selection of snacks . I cannot praise her enough. I was amazed to find out that she had only been doing this job for eight days when I met her. She is an asset to your company. If she was my daughter, I would be very proud of her and how she conducts herself. thank you Aycan . My surgeon ,Dr Muhammet Eren Ersoz was lovely. As it is only two weeks since my surgery, it is hard to give the doctor a complete review so I intend after 10 to 12 weeks to review him. I would like to say that after only two weeks I am very happy with the work that he has done. I have found the whole mono experience very very positive. Nothing was too much trouble. If we had a query all we had to do was call our chaperone. We were picked up promptly and transported, to and from any location that we needed to be at.My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Izmir . I would also like to mention our bazaar guide, her name was Samira, and on two occasions she took us to the bazaar. She is a wonderful lady and I would recommend anybody who wants to experience.Izmir to book her as their guide.

What has made my experience great and a pleasure, and more specifically what Monoclinic does really well is by having amazing staff. In my experience I was with the best, and this is a recognition to Selin. She has been with me from the begining even until now after our procedure and after returning back to our home country, with check ups by asking how we are doing and if we have any further questions. She's an absolute star. It's such an amazing feeling knowing they genuinely care for you by asking after you've left how you're doing. She goes above and beyond. She's an absolute keeper, keep up the good work Selin! I hope to see you again as she's definitely made me want to come again. Thank you very much.

Amazing experience🤩. At first I wasn’t too sure what to expect but everyone at Mono was so nice and helpful and I’m very happy with my surgery. If a had any questions I could easily text my patient coordinator Mertcan who would help me right away and assist with whatever I needed. The surgeon, doctors and nurses were all very caring and attentive too. So happy with my decision with Mono Clinic.

I have come to monoclinic to have probably one of the most nerve-wracking procedure but everything has honestly gone super smoothly and efficiently due to my international patient service specialist SELIN! She has made my journey and experience totally worthwhile. She is amazing at keeping you calm, making you feel better, getting you what you need and the information you need. She's made me worries disappear and has been with me both physically in the hospital and available 24/7 via WhatsApp to answer any questions I have or calm any nerves I have. It's been an absolute honour and I am extremely lucky to have had the chance to be paired up with her. Extremely dedicated and goes the extra mile to help! Made the experience amazing over all! An absolute keeper! Totally and whole heartedly recommend her during their experience with monoclinic!!
