I am currently on my last evening having had a hair transplant with Mono Clinic. I am extremely happy with the way my time has been managed here by Mono. The level of care at the hospital was brilliant and despite surgery starting a little later than expected I did not feel like it was being rushed at all. There was a small issue with the accommodation which the was resolved promptly and I have been very happy with my room. I would like to make a mention to Emir who has been my point of contact whilst here. He was been brilliant in making sure all transfers were on time and also making me feel at ease throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Mono and will be coming back if I need any more treatments.

I had my BBL and rhinoplasty made at Monoclinik they are the best ! i love everyone from there , Nazim took care of me throughout the operations, bought me everything I needed and behaved like a true professional. The doctor who operated me, Eren Ersöz, made me the most beautiful nose and I am very satisfied. Everyone who works there is friendly and I will return for other operations . My experience with MonoClinic is great from start to finish. Taxi from the airport was nice and personal staff are very helpful and friendly. Surgery are very smoothly Doctors are friendly.the stuff in the hospital also very nice and helpful. Hotel are very good, stuff are friendly and the food are great. I will recommend MonoClinic to anyone. Thank you for everything MonoClinic

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Every single one of them would greet you with a smile and and always be so polite. Me and my friend (the one I went with) was very fortunate to have a great PA to help us through the week. His initials are MU, we couldn't thank him enough for all his help and support. The company are so lucky to have him. If you chose to go there and you get him as your PA then you are so lucky. I went as a companion to my friend who had a breast enlargement, everything went smoothly with the surgery, we stayed in the private hospital overnight and it was really really nice there, nurses were really helpful, food wasn’t great but all hospital food is bad no matter where you go. I ended up getting my teeth whitened and lips filled at the clinic - they did a great job of both. (Thanks to our PA for arranging that) We stayed in the hotel which was really nice, clean and modern. The hotel will email you prior to your arrival to say it’s 2 meals included then when you arrive they will try and trick you into thinking you have to pay for your meals, make sure to keep the email safe for when they do. I met lots of really great people in the hotel, however I spoke to one of the guys at dinner and he was made to extend his stay due to the dentist not having everything done. The poor guy was made to pay hundreds to cancel and delay his flights for something that wasn’t his fault and I believe that wasn’t the first time he had to do it. He was such a sweet guy and they didn’t offer to pay for the flights or even help with the money towards it, considering it wasn’t his fault the dentist didn’t get things done. There was a building under construction very literally next door to the hotel, it was not nice being woken up at approx 7am every morning by crashing and hammers and drills etc. It was just unfortunate that we went the week that they were doing the most construction work. Overall I would 100% come back to this place if I wanted any work done. Staff are so friendly.

Ben naar monoclinic gegaan samen met mijn vrouw om onze tanden te doen, dag van aankomst was in de late avond maar bij aankomst direct een bericht gekregen van onze begeleider in de clinic om te melden dat ze ons de volgende dag om dat uur komen ophalen. Volgende dag bij aankomst in de clinic werden we hartelijk ontvangen door mohamed,bussem en chemre, mohamed en chemre waren onze begeleiders en bussem was degeene die voor ons alles inorde bracht kwa verblijf enzo,na voldoende uitleg en info te geven betrefende de behandeling kwamen we bij de behandelende artsen en ook die waren zeer vriendelijk. Moet eerlijk zeggen dat we daar echt op ons gemak waren en dat we ons goed voelden ook mede door mohamed die als begeleider van mijn vrouw was en chemre van mij. Ze stonden ons elke behandeling bij met voldoende uitleg.bijn mijn vrouw hebben ze alles in 1 week gedaan (enkel kronen) en het is een top resultaat en bij mij omdat ik implantaaten heb geplaatst moet ik na 3 maanden terug komen om alles af te werken betrefende genezing van van mijn tandvlees.kan die clinic alleen maar aanraden omdat ze profesioneel te werk gaan. Dikke pluim voor mohamed,boussem,chemre en de beide artsen wiens naam ik vergeten ben.doe zo voort en tot over 3 maanden.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. From start to finish everything has been incredible - the nurses, the coordinators, the staff and every single part of the stay - hotel, taxis, transfers. Most importantly the results of the procedure - Mono have gone above and beyond. Special shout out to Dr Emer Eros, Emir (patient coordinator), Busem (patient coordinator)! Thank you for changing my life!

I had a hair transplant through the Monoclinic and the experience here was a pleasant one, the staff was very kind, welcoming and friendly, Emir was our friendly and very kind guide. I was not 100% satisfied with the transplant in the hospital because it was partially painful. Let's hope that the final result is the desired one.

I had the cosmetic procedure with monoclinic and the experience was pleasant and without regrets. Once arrived in Turkey, Emir was my patient representative. He is very friendly, kind and he provides best care after the procedure. Also all staff from the clinic were very kind and friendly. I highly recommend to everyone.
