I just want to appreciate MONO team for the quality of care given to me during my surgery journey in Izmir. From my medical consultant Çağatay, who responded to me when I first contacted mono on Instagram. Ever since then; Çağatay has been supportive and helpful in all my questions and needs. He was there for me from the very beginning, to Ceren who assisted with my visa application, hotel reservation and every other paperwork. To CEMRE my patient consultant, who was very supportive and there to answer to all my needs even at midnight. CEMRE will always respond to me with kindness. To the villa team; who made sure my stay at the villa was worth it. To the doctor/nurses who came in every day to check up and clean my wound dressing. I am very glad I choose MONO for this journey. I say I very BIG Thank You!

this is the second time i come to MONO . Very professional clinic with young and super helpful staff. I was supported by Aycan 💓 at the PS, she was my point of reference for all my work in the clinic. Is a girl who puts you at ease and reassured me every day if I needed anything. I didn't know the language well but she was so nice to be close to me at all times. I think it is very important to have helpful staff just like Aycan I will always have good memories. 😍😍😍😍

Whole experience was great, excellent Doctors the arrangements and the coordination. Mustapha was whole assisted me and he was great help especially with the communication part. Overall would recommend to anyone.

My alone time at mono hospital was made very easy and memorable thanks to the CEMRE. My family weren’t able to travel due family issue and she stepped in and actually made me at ease.
