I had a very disappointing experience with this flower delivery service. The order was delivered an hour later than the scheduled time, which completely ruined the surprise. Worse, the bouquet contained only six flowers instead of the ten I paid for! When I reached out to customer support, they were completely unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, they responded with generic, pre-written messages and quickly ended the conversation. This level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable flower delivery. Poor timing, misleading product descriptions, and terrible customer support - definitely not worth the money.

Flowers were fresh and arrived on time

I had added the wrong phone number to my order. I was contacted immediately during the delivery and the issue was resolved right away. They even set up a time for the following day with the recipient that worked best for her. Highly recommend.

Ordered flowers for my friend that just lost her father and they never delivered. They don’t reply on emails, nor on WhatsApp. And I can’t get my momey back. It has been nearly a week that I placed and paid the order.
