I ordered a delivery scheduled for Valentine’s Day to surprise my girlfriend at work and they never sent it. The one day where it matters most. Terrible. They say that they have all day and all night to deliver so if you are expecting to send it to an establishment during regular business hours it might not reach your person in time. Beware

Received an email regarding the flower, it stated that it has been delivered however I was on call with my partner the whole night yet there’s no doorbell ringing or anything. This is no different from scamming consumer money, not to mention the difficulty in contacting them. Highly recommend you to avoid this website and find local florist instead.
