Arrived home dry

Received promptly and following day it rained. Cycled home and stayed dry, slightly warm but luckily there are armpit air vents. Roll on the autumn weather cos I'm prepared and visible now.

Ordered a bike online, but someone else had ordered the same one so I had a minor delay whilst they got hold of another one for me. I was really grateful for this, because they didn't have to, and it was a sale item. After the minor delay my new bike was delivered in perfect condition. Thanks.

Reliable and communicative seller

Unlike a major UK cycle shop, H2 had a reasonable shipping charge to the Czech republic - that’s on top the fact that the sale item (Topeak Child Seat) was abou 60% less at H2. So what’s not to like. When I called prior to the purchase, I spoke to a real person, got the info I wanted. I got regular email updates on the status and the item arrived within 6 working days since I placed the order. The only reason I’m not giving H2 five stars is that the actual invoice came from Giant Store St Pauls rather than H2, which was a tad confusing. Everything was fine with the details but an unexpected email with the subject of “Receipt from Giant Store” landing in the inbox cause a bit of unease. But that was really just a small inconvenience. I would not hesitate to purchase cycling gear from H2 again.

Quick delivery, but unfortunately the wrong item

I ordered a small item and it arrived very quickly. However, H2gear sent the wrong size and didn't have a replacement. It's a shame, as they appear to be a good business.
