Different pricing online and instore

I bought a pair of bicycle shorts online and went into the store for a size exchange. Found out the store price was much lower than the price online and the price difference was not refunded to me. Beware of purchases on the H2 website!

Ordered some sale commuter trousers, despite heavy reduction they were on next day delivery, great communication sadly wrong item delivered but that was picked the same day, my ordered located and delivered the very next. Can't ask for more, thank you

Not perfect but good enough

Bike was great value for money, ordered on a Thursday with the message order now for next day delivery. Expecting on the Friday, however was told at 17.00pm that the person who would service the bike was off sick so wouldn't be able to deliver as they stated on the website. Said it was a little of an inconvenience as had plans for it over the weekend, the member of staff said if I wasn't happy I could have a refund which I thought was a little extreme. The bike ended up arriving on the Tuesday in a battered box. Bike had a few marks but it was bought as an ex demo so not sure if they were there before. Not a perfect service but good value for money.
