The bike was delivered very quickly but unfortunately it had some damage and not all the gears worked without further ajustment which indicates that the bike was not set up as stated .

At first I was a little apprehensive at first, as I'd never heard of H2 Gear, and neither had my friends who I ride with. However, after ordering some shoes and a quick follow up phone call my mind was at rest. Excellent communication and service from these guys. The shoes I ordered were too small, the refund was super quick, as was the delivery of the replacement shoes. Would highly recommend for service and the added bonus of free next day delivery. I have found this company by accident on internet when seeing an advertisement on the bike I wanted to buy.The communication via e.mail was prompt professional and very customer oriented. Everything was properly tracked , followed and I was always kept informed . Currently the bike is here in original box so I can only recommend.
