Sending our stuff from the UK to Australia- and so far the experience has been quite good! We ordered a small move cube and it’s bigger than we thought / fits a lot! Also ordered a few boxes and to be honest I recommend getting them instead of buying it

Lack of common sense
Used this company twice now. The latest to ship my boxes to a new country where I am starting a new job. I requested for a receipt of payment as my new job will reimburse the shipping fees. But they said they are unable to generate a receipt just a report of shipment which does not even have proper details. Plus the report has details on both shipments, one which has nothing to do with the new job. Why bother having two job codes when you are just going to put everything in one report anyway??? This is potentially thousands that I would be unable to claim back. They are very quick with asking you for money but extremely disappointing with communication after and providing something as simple as a receipt. We are paying a lot of money. Surely it would not be difficult to generate a simple receipt. And surely companies should actually be issuing a proper receipt for transactions instead of just providing a report.

User-friendly & reliable
The whole system and process is largely intuitive and user-friendly and completely reliable. When we had queries, the global customer service team was helpful, patient and efficient. (Sometimes we got through quickly, other times it took about 15 minutes). Location scope visits, welcome pack drop-off, cube loading and cube delivery timings were all adhered to. Changes to contact details were processed seamlessly. The SA drivers and support crews who dropped off the welcome pack, cube and collected the were super-helpful and pleasant. The only negatives were we applied for the HMRC TOR based on eta of the cube which arrived a month early and the Cube couldn't be released before the TOR date. It was a bit of a challenge getting the date moved earlier. The other negative was I was advised the UK Cube delivery included offloading boxes onto the ground, but not into the house (for which we'd need to appoint our own movers). However the UK delivery crew advised us they were not responsible for offloading at all. This needs to be clearly explained to all customers, particularly those not physically able to offload. With that caveat I have no hesitation in recommending Seven Seas Move Cube.
