Have ordered their boxes for packing into the MoveCube, which made it easier for us to estimate sizes and space for loading to the cube. The drivers of the origin destination are friendly and helpful, they helped loading our stuffs to the Cube. However, 24 hrs customer support hotline is not easy to reach, we encountered a few time that no one picked up the phone. Luckily, we were able to reach the support team by sending emails or leaving message via their official website for assistance, and they always provided us with prompt replies.

I have used Seven Seas several times and find their service to be of the highest standard. Genuinely very good service.
I used Sevenseas to ship household belongings from Scotland to Australia, in one of their small movecubes. Everything arrived safe and sound on the other side of the planet a few months later. I called their helpline twice during the process and the helpline staff were knowledgable, helpful, and quick. Sevenseas were very transparent with all costs and times, and I'm genuinely impressed with their service. I would absolutely recommend them.

Incorrect time given for pickup
I was given a 10am-1pm pickup time, spoke to several different customer service agents and it wasn't until long after the scheduled time that they told me they had given me the wrong pickup time. Half my day wasted waiting and not even an apology and compensation.

I recently used 7 Seas in China to move my stuff from Qingdao to Shenzhen. They charged a lot more than local companies, but since they claim to be 'international' with international high quality standards I opted for them. Upon delivery in Shenzhen, 2 of the 3 workers wore flip flops. They then proceeded to place my 1.8m cherry oak credenza on a trolley instead of lifting it, which is what should have been done. The trolley was dragged along a bumpy path to the lift area. During this time friction was caused and my credenza was damaged and now has a massive scorched dent in it. When complaining, I was given all sorts of excuses how it couldn't have been them, when it clearly was caused due to their negligence. Then I was told because I didn't opt for insurance nothing would be done. This is a disgrace. I just paid 1300 pound to move a relatively small amount of furniture. Why should I need insurance? Insurance is for freight incase it sinks in the ocean. If you can't deliver the furniture without damaging it for 1300 pounds then you can't do the job you claim you can do and you are simply scammers. Thieves. All I can take from this is 7 Seas are scammers. Unless you pay them even more for 'insurance' they take your money then treat your stuff like crap because there is no accountability. And let me ask you 7 Seas... Even if I I had insurance, what then? I'm 100% certain you would have just presented the same arguments I already received... "it wasn't us! You didn't pack it right!" I paid you 1300 pounds to drag my furniture along a bump path on a trolley instead of lifting it. Shame on you 7 Seas. Thanks for stealing over 1000 pound of my money. Masquerading as a company with international standards but presenting your customers with charlatans in flip-flops to carry out the work.

Whole experience end-to-end was great! We received plentiful email updates throughout the process. Delivery and collection drivers were courteous and helpful, as were support team members. Belongings arrived in perfect condition, and this included electrical and computing items (we used our own appropriate packing materials inside the boxes). The online tracker showed us where the container was located during shipment. Only constructive piece of feedback is that the website portal could be a little bit more user friendly, but that's about it! On arrival in the destination country, the final shipment process seemed to be lightning quick! Highly recommend, thank you :)
