A really straightforward service - from booking, receipt of boxes, collection and delivery. The actual time to delivery was a bit longer than the original estimate, but not so much that it mattered. The only cost extra to the quote was insurance and customs inspection. The content list website was very good - making the customs requirements pretty simple as well. The insurance options (box by box) were also appreciated - some boxes are more important than others! There was a lot of information about where the shipment was once it was on its way, but until it was shipped we were a bit in the dark. A little more information on the process from pickup to shipping would have been valuable to understand what had seemed to us to be a long delay: Updates even when there is no change to the status are reassuring to know that the shipment hasn't been forgotten.

Have used seven seas twice, once to move from China to Australia, and then from Australia to China. Both times the process has been very smooth and clear, and customer service has been very helpful. They help you navigate through different custom rules to get through a country's borders which can be a tricky process. We made a mistake with Chinese customs, Seven Seas were able to smoothly and quickly fix the problem and get our shipping through very quickly. They are also very well-priced for the service they provide. I will always use seven seas.
