Using Seven Seas to move our belongings from South Africa to the UK was a breeze. I didn't understand some of the packing instructions/ limitations but it was easy to get hold of customer service and the friendly call agents always managed to help and patiently answered all of my questions. Pros: -Online communication of boxes location was transparent -Easy to use website Cons: -Handling. Dents in my metal furniture packed inside boxes proved they had been repeatedly kicked and explained why so many of my objects were smashed beyond repair. - Sevenseas insisted I was home to receive the collapsed boxes for filling. I took time off work but they were never delivered. I asked for them to be left with a neighbor but was told this was not an option so took a second day off work to receive them. This time they were left outside the door so there was no need for me to be home.
