I recently shipped my old 1980's vinyl records (two boxes) from Australia to the UK. Outstanding service, well priced, and the boxes turned up in perfect condition - amazing given it was such a small consignment. Their pick up and delivery service was also bang on time. My only minor criticism is their website for documentation etc was difficult to navigate for people not familiar (like me) with the shipping process or jargon.

Seven Seas made the experience of shipping my goods so easy and they were by far and away the least expensive. So easy to keep track of where my shipment was. The drivers both in Cape Town and Sydney were so efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend Seven Seas.

Good customer service

Instructions are very clear, working pipelines are very efficient, customer service is very prompt and helpful.

Horrendous experience with them, moving possessions from NZ to UK. First issue was the collection day no one turned up (my wife had taken the day off work). Second issue it took 5 months door to door (I understand this was out of their control but nonetheless frustrating). Third issue was loads of items were broken, they had been carefully wrapped but when they arrived it was cleared at some point they had been unwrapped. At least we paid the extra for insurance but no the insurance won't pay out as the boxes weren't damaged enough. Long story short is we would never ever use this company again, cost us a fortune for a very poor service. Oh and beware all the hidden add on fees - the money just keeps mounting up.

I found it very easy to understand what I needed to do in the process and Seven Seas were contactable to help me work out a couple of inventory issues which enabled a very smooth transport. A friendly chap delivered my parcels to my door within the time that I was told they would. Great service and reasonable price.

I am very satisfied with the transportation service from Hong Kong to Australia, but I have a small suggestion. For the last-mile delivery within Australia, the use of a large cargo truck is not ideal as the truck cannot lower the cargo to the ground. We have to manually transfer the items from the container to the ground before we can move them into our home. If the container had a lift or lowering platform, it would make the unloading process much faster and more convenient, as the large wooden crates are quite high to lift down from the container. It would be ideal if the large crate could be lowered and transferred closer to the entrance of the property, making the final transfer into the home even easier. Overall, the transportation service has been excellent, and this small enhancement to the last-mile delivery would further improve the customer experience.

Great company. With the user-friendly and effective system, I could see the logistic arrangement and the latest location about my shipping cartons from overseas to my home without worry. Besides, the delivery staff was friendly. I am sure to use this company again!
