Fast Response, Proactive to keep me update shipment status, The driver delivery ontime, friendly & helpful

I was very nervous about shipping 7x 25kg boxes from the UK to New Zealand, but I cannot fault the service that Seven Seas provided. The communication was excellent, all fees were disclosed to me upfront and I was able to track my boxes the whole journey. They are a little more expensive than other companies but in my opinion worth it, as all fees are disclosed and there are no hidden fees added. There were a couple of delays on route but of no fault to Seven Seas. Every time I called the phone line it was answered quickly. The delivery workers on both ends were helpful and polite. Thank you so much for making this journey less stressful for me and my partner.

package consolidation was too long, which was believed to be almost 2 months from the date of shipment collection from the sending end. It took a month on the transportation after the package was shipped out and received at the destination.

Organized and seamless experience

The drivers are friendly in both Hong Kong and the UK. The driver helped me lift these boxes out of the van and put them at my home door. These boxes are a bit heavy. Afterward, the service was punctual, so I didn't need to spend extra time waiting for the driver to arrive.

Seven seas are a 5 star shipping company. From the delivery of the empty shipping cartons, to the collection of the boxes in the U.K. and the final delivery of them to my address in Thailand.
