I thought moving our home and worldly possessions to the other side of the world was going to be a painful, stressful experience. The service that Seven Seas provided for us was the complete opposite of that! They made everything so easy and stress free. From the initial communication, drop off of boxes, pickup, tracking, delivery and everything else in between, the service has been phenomenal and we would not hesitate to use them again!

The Seven Seas online service portal was able to guide me through the entire relocation process, making it much easier. It's worth noting that their team was friendly, helpful, and efficient - they were able to pack up my belongings into a full moving cube within just 1.5 hours. Additionally, their customer service hotline was very patient and helpful. Whenever I had something unclear, I could simply call them, and they would provide useful advice and guidance through the process. Overall, it is an excellent team and excellent services.

Received the boxes in the mail and filled them. A few days later they were collected and shipped. Documents were easy to fill out and regular updates on what was happening with our boxes has been sent to us so we know exactly where it is at all times. Would use again.

I wish I could rate them 10 out of 5!!!!! What an amazing company, service was impeccable, delivery times were better than expected. Customer service was seriously GREAT! Every time I had a query, they responded and knew what they were talking about. If they weren’t sure they called me back. I would definitely recommend to others and use them again in a heartbeat! The most fabulous, knowledgeable, friendly and understanding staff who helped me when I was very stressed and slightly disorganised. Genuinely couldn’t have done the pack up and move without Gregg. Highly recommended.

Very smooth and the staffs are very helpful

SevenSeas have a very user friendly platform to complete all necessary documentation. It was extremely good to be able to use their phone helpline anytime of the day or evening when I did have questions. I am not very technical and had loads of problems getting the quality of my photo as expected. This is why I have given 4 stars instead of 5 stars as the initial issues were due to incorrect wording in their instructions and it took me more than a week of uploading a photo everyday until eventually one met their expectations. The driver collecting my items was very friendly and efficient. I also looked at other companies but SevenSeas was cheaper and had very good reviews. As my items are now on their way I trust they will arrive safely in China and all goes to plan at my destination. Overall I believe this company is good.
