They made it really easy and straight forward to book moving with them. The boxes arrived very quickly and they were able to accommodate our delivery date and time even though it was so close to the holidays. The staff working for them couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful during the entire process. This is the second time I’ve used Seven Seas and if we move again I will definitely use them again.

There is very little information - I don’t know if my property is actually on a boat yet, after my boxes were picked up on 24 December, so it’s a month after it being picked up. The last message said it was picked to be put in a container. There is no estimated arrival date given. The driver said he wouldn’t help get the boxes down stairs and I should have advised that - but I don’t remember that being a question when I originally filled out the form. The pages to fill out content were not very user friendly either.

Large move cube arrived as expected.

Great service clear information, very helpful staff, drive that came to pickup my boxes was cheerful, and handed my boxes with care. Made me feel relieved that I had made the right choice in using seven seas to ship my belongings to my new home. Thank you.
