I have been pleasantly surprised by just how superb this service is proving to be - both for myself and a client. The meals are genuinely delicious and excellently prepared. Calorie and macro precise as you would expect but also nutrient-dense with a great variety of fresh ingredients over the course of a week. The customer service, systems/app are all absolutely first class which is so important (and increasingly rare these days, I find!) and, crucially, they have a product to match.
