Super efficient, smoothies are my fave! And the team have been epic w/ catering my meals to my preferences.

This is one of the best things I have done recently! The service is incredible! Delivered to my door daily to make life that bit easier. The food is absolutely delicious, I have been doing it for the last 3 weeks and had a different meal each time! All of them have been so tasty, yet helping me achieve my goals. I have felt more energised, not needed to snack and also lost weight. I cannot recommend them enough! Whatever your goal is they will be able to help you get to where you thought wasn't possible! This used to be an amazing service, very convenient and excellent food, however in the last few months the quality of the food has dropped and become unappealing. When you’re paying a fairly high price you at least want some quality. Sadly it seems the company has now chosen profit before quality.

Deliveries not delivered, always delayed, then food coming not edible. It was funny because even though we order at same time with my husband for the same delivery, his box arrived and mine not. Clearly the delivery person forgot about my box while he was already here? Not helpful customer service. I got some refund for not edible food and it takes them a month to send it over to me. Also they are charing 9,80£ for the refund? How come you are charing me for money return when all the problem was your fault? And 9,80? Why?

The meals are generally really good. Love the breakfast and snacks. Sometimes i feel like the mains are a over seasoned and the veg have some sort of herb that overpowers the flavour at times. But overall i am pleased with the service. Wish i could change things a little easier in the app

I love FFF for the convenience and time it brings me. I have the vegetarian plan with gluten and dairy exclusions, and the variety in the meals is incredible. It took a couple of changes to get my ideal meal plan and I love it. I run a business and was neglecting my health and was struggling in general. Signing up to FFF was such a game changer for me. Knowing that I am getting healthy, nutritious meals is so reassuring. I save so much time, I don’t need to go to the supermarket, think about what meals to cook myself during the week, let alone do it. On weekends I get my essentials delivered, and eat some meals out, so I’ve barely been to a supermarket since signing up. A huge impact has been on my mind and mood, and it’s really emphasised how important good nutrition is when you’ve a mentally taxing job. Would thoroughly recommend. Customer for life. Very poor customer service and servicing in general. I would give the idea 5 stars - I could really use calorie controlled meals delivered to me. The food wasn't great for me and I kept getting charges that I didn't expect. I got charged £110 the day I was going to cancel. Their refund policy is to take 10% off and refund you within 30 days - I still don't know where this policy is explained. This shouldn't be buried in some lengthy Ts and Cs these days. Anyway, good idea but lots of problems. Unexpected charges, terms are not up front, customer support is defensive (you get asked for your opinion and when you give it, they give you a long answer explaining how wrong you are to think this - I thought the point was to listen to your customers), deliveries come early (not always a good thing) and the meals aren't that great. People need to have the chance to try and see if they like it. Don't charge them so often.

I was struggling with the prep work for the food I was eating. FFF were recommended and I’m delighted with them. Excellent tasty food delivered to your door! Highly recommended.
