They removed the discount card (I received via email) and charged the full amount. If this is the level of customer service I can expect to receive, I will not be using them.

A exceptional personalized bespoke services, with detailed planning on nutrition macros as need for my fitness training plan. One good advantage is the flexibility in changing the Marcos as your training progress. The food tasty more natural with distinct flavours rather having one struggling to kept a tap on what you manage to eat.

Very poor quality food, nice menu but dose not live up to the hipe! Do not recommend. Still waiting nearly two months for a refund, rubbish customer service. Don't believe what BS they write below!

Food is fantastic support is excellent- but unfortunately the delivery is useless which is why we have had to cancel- if the delivery is sorted I would use again

Customer service is very good! Food: some meals are very good but some others not great. Still its very handy and a lot of time in our hectic lifestyles. Delivery: Apart from a problematic one it was good but we are only members for two weeks. They are definitely trying to offer a good service!
