Excellent service overall from quality of ingredients, taste, variety of menus, delivery and customer support. Sadly, FFF is no longer gluten free which was for me a big plus.

Absolutely excellent. Super easy to order, great app, deliveries all on time and very well packaged. Food is fresh and healthy and great variety. I was a bit unsure about the price to start with but the time and effort it saves me is totally worth it.

Whilst most meals were quite satisfying, muesli and yogurt for breakfast twice in one week was a bit of let down. Apart from that the steak meal was not go great. Everything else was quite satisfying. Also pricing wise I feel 25 per day is quite steep for the meals I was delivered

Takes a while to receive your order. Also no option to select meals. Was also forced to add extras I didn’t want. The food is decent however.

I wasn't expecting such good quality for this kind of thing. I've just bought Muscle Food which is nowhere near as good. The only things I would say need improvement would be that deliveries come between 11pm and 6am which is really inconvenient. It meant drivers would either wake us up or not be able to access our London apartment and therefore leave it on a main road which isn't very responsible. I'd advise coming earlier the evening before. They could also deliver more food at a time e.g., 3-5 days in one package rather than the hassle of going down every day. Because of the delivery issues I then had problems with the drivers collecting cool bags from the day before - even stacking up three in reception. A courier was then scheduled for the weekend and he didn't show up. The customer service was very good however - responsive and helpful - much better than Deliveroo or Uber Eats. Costs of the meals are super, super high. I get that they're convenient but to pay £15-30 a day for food is extortionate unless you're on some serious gainz.

Love the food and how much time it saves me :)

Firstly the food is super tasty and the ordering process and app really easy to use. For me the major negative is you tend to need to remortgage your house to be able to afford this service. If you have loads of money to spare, you don't like cooking and you want to get fit then this is the service for you!
