Having ordered Ca’pietra Wightwick azure tile from a local distributor and receiving Mainzu Bellagio aquamarine in place of. The one is made in Italy and the other in Spain. I’m being told it’s the same tile..! It’s not! I then drove to Ca’ Pietra to collect only to be given the mainzu tile.. The price difference is phenomenal not to mention how much it cost me in fuel. Now I still have the incorrect tiles. I have a sample so have a comparison. At a loss when I was expecting wightwick azure.

The tile samples arrived in excellent condition and they really are beautiful tiles

Ordered samples for revamping an en- suite shower room. Arrived promptly as stated - they look perfect so have chosen some and my supplier and plumber have ordered for me.

The company didn't respond to or acknowledge an email I sent. I phoned to ask where my sample tiles were as it had been over two weeks since I ordered. I was told they usually take 3-5 days, and the lady I spoke to said they should be with me in 3 days, so I'm guessing they hadn't sent yet them when I called, and my call served as a reminder. The tiles were not like the ones on the website, I ordered three different marble ones, and only one sample tile had any marble on it, the other two were just plain colours. So, it wasn't useful in the end. Going by the level of efficiency, attention to detail, and speed of service I wouldn't order my tiles from them going forward.

Received the sample tiles reasonably quicky but was missing one from the order.

I ordered a tile sample and had to pay abd they sent the wrong tile, labelled correctly but wrong design so won’t be using them

Prompt response, answered my email query comprehensively yet succinctly, and offered more assistance, if required. I also liked seeing a photo of the person dealing with my question, as it makes it more personal. I love your brochure and website, samples helped me to make my selection, and I will definitely use your company again. I chose the beautiful Oasis Pink tiles, which will transform my en-suite bathroom into a stunning and inviting place to be.
