Speedy delivery of samples which are perfect.

These artisanal Akazu emerald tiles are so beautiful that we changed our whole colour scheme to use them! The crackle glaze is subtly luminous, with gorgeous watercolour-ish variation on each tile and more variation between the different hexagons in the mosaic. They are truly something special and look like they were handcrafted by an artist!

Loved the tiles. Bert and May immediately get you to scan a QR code for their free visualisation service. And follow up with an email to encourage me to take them up on this. As I’m not the best at knowing what I want, their service has meant I am buying tiles via them rather than you. Even though your tiles are possibly nicer!! Just wanted to offer you this feedback so you can match your competitors.

Loved the product but many of the tiles arrived broken because the packaging was not strong enough. The delivery company do not wait around for you to unpack and check the product ( as the seller requires) I would say 1/4 of the tiles were damaged and it looked like the crushed box had been dropped multiple times. I didn’t need all the tiles but I would never order tiles online again. Next time I’ll be going to the shops. Some products just don’t travel well. Having said that the unbroken tiles are gorgeous.

Lovely tile. Would have been helpful though if sample included all the colours. Tile has blue in it but sample excluded this which isn't very helpful.
