Beautiful tiles. Wonderful response to quieries on the phone. A pity I waited in all day for the delivery which arrived the next day!

Tiles arrived damaged, Replacements arrived damaged. Ca pietra said they would replace the damaged replacements and at their own expense send them via a different delivery service. I fail to see that anyone other than them should cover delivery cost!! Guess what ? The tiles delivered via the alternative delivery service were also damaged. Also when I took off the outer wrapping the box of tile had foot prints on it so I can’t say I had much hope regarding the contents of said box. The product is clearly the issue not the courier!

I ordered 42 sheets of mosaics 32 are damaged. I’ve been sent some replacements many of which were damaged. I’ve had 5 separate deliveries all of which had broken and damaged tiles . When I notified Them the team sends me a mosaic information sheet and advised me that I can piece together tile sheets like a puzzle whilst removing the broken tiles . The only thing premium about this brand is the price, certainly not the quality or customer service.

Phoned up about my requirements all in stock and able to place my order online. Delivered within 3 days. Absolutely fantastic. Ran out of my tiles 2 weeks into project and they delivered again within 2 days to complete my project. Spot On.

Appalling service - Update from previous post - Ca Pietra have said this has been resolved which is completely incorrect … I wanted to take them through the small claims court as I have still not received a refund of the delivery fee … unfortunately, because I purchased through a small trader, my contract is with them and Ca Pietra pretty much blamed them for everything when in fact it was Ca Petra who arranged the delivery, were paid for the delivery and then didn’t deliver. I have received my tiles but via the shop, who had to make 4 different deliveries - my husband and I had to hand lift every tile off the back of a pick up truck because the retailer didn’t have the means to send a bigger vehicle as Ca Pietra refused to refund the delivery fee. A £4.5k order which I’m sure Ca Pietra made a good profit on, yet my husband and I spent a whole day lifting big heavy tiles off a pick up truck with no apology whatsoever from Ca Pietra. This has been an absolutely appalling service from Ca Pietra who not only let us down as customers but gave no consideration at all to the small retailer who we had ordered through!
